About me

Currently, I am a researcher at the University of Regensburg and am conducting studies on the topics of digitization and mobility from a psychological perspective. This is reflected both in the publication of various papers in scientific journals and in the acquisition and management of a third-party funded project.

In my freelance work as a coach, keynote speaker and trainer, I use my knowledge as a psychologist with a PhD and further training as a systemic consultant and therapist. With more than ten years of professional experience, I have a profound understanding of human behavior and am able to initiate and support sustainable developments. As founder and managing partner of the organizational consulting firm Systemische Potentiale Consulting, I have successfully advised and supported companies in the design and implementation of organizational development processes. I later became a professor of organizational psychology at the FOM University of Applied Sciences in Munich.
