In my teaching at the University of St. Gallen, I connect psychological foundations with current questions related to work, organizations, digitalization, and responsible action. Students learn to understand human behavior in a differentiated way, critically examine psychological mechanisms and apply this knowledge to concrete questions from business and organizational practice.
My courses focus on work and organizational psychology as well as complexity, information processing, and the psychological challenges of the digital age. Topics include leadership, motivation, collaboration, decision-making, critical thinking, digital media, and artificial intelligence.
What matters to me is teaching that is academically grounded, clearly structured and engaging. Students should not only learn theories, but learn to think with psychological concepts, understand situations more clearly and act responsibly.
